Hi there! I saw your work a few years back when there was the 24 hour challenge event. I thought that your style is really cool. I like cutesy drawings and I applaud your efforts as one of the female cartoonists in Malaysia. I'm glad to have found your DA page after all these years and to revisit your gallery and look at your artwork.

I was looking through Alan's (Quah) art and remembered that you were in the 24 hour comic thingy too. So I decided to check your blog out. :D I really think you're talented and for a gal that's just wonderful since art is so dominated by men. ;)

Are you self-taught? I am interested in comics as well but am not quite sure how to go about learning all the facial expressions and my worst weakness is to get poses right... If you've seen my gallery most of my drawings are 'incomplete' in the sense that I always draw up to the torso only. LOL!

Well I'm glad you popped by :) I am self-taught, meaning that I never went for any actual drawing or art classes until I started university. But I did learn alot from some great people,reading,comic and cartoons.

It's normal to go through different anatomy phases. Just keep trying to get it right and you'll see improvement, I promise :)

Hopefully I'll be able to try drawing more and more. Practise does make perfect! :D
